Yes. Roaming Spirits is licensed in Missouri to provide alcohol for qualifying events. We offer full-service bar packages where we handle the alcohol, mixers, garnishes, permits, and liability coverage, allowing you to skip the liquor store runs and enjoy your event. We also offer dry hire and bartender-only options depending on your needs. During your consultation, we'll help determine which option is the best fit for your event.

Absolutely. Roaming Spirits is fully licensed and insured in Missouri. We carry liquor liability and general liability coverage and can provide proof of insurance to your venue upon request. Many venues now require vendors to provide insurance documentation, and we can also add venues as an additional insured when needed.

Our pricing is designed to be transparent and flexible so you can choose the service style that fits your event best. We offer three main options: Wet Hire (we provide and serve the alcohol), Dry Hire (you provide the alcohol and we handle the rest), and Bartending-Only (you supply everything and we supply the bartender, tools, cups, straws, and napkins). Absolutely! While Roaming Spirits is based in Mid-Missouri, we proudly serve weddings, corporate events, fundraisers, and private celebrations throughout the state.

We frequently travel to Lake of the Ozarks, St. Louis, Kansas City, Springfield, and surrounding communities. Travel fees may apply for events located more than 30 miles from Columbia, Missouri, but we'll always discuss those costs upfront during the quoting process.
