Instructor-led mixology Class

At the Cocktail Lab, every class is led by an instructor who knows their way around a shaker and a good time. You’ll follow step-by-step guidance, learn real mixology techniques, and create three cocktails that look as good as they taste. For each of the three cocktail-making rounds, every guest gets to choose their drink from a rotating menu of three handcrafted options — so your experience is customized from start to finish. It’s hands-on, high-energy, and designed to make you feel like the main character behind the bar.

Science Experiments

Between each cocktail round, guests dive into two hands-on science experiments that add a playful, photo-worthy twist to the experience. You’ll suit up in your provided lab coat, goggles, and gloves before stepping into “scientist mode,” creating bubbly, color-shifting, or smoke-filled reactions that look incredible on camera.

These mini-experiments are designed to keep the energy high and the creativity flowing while your cocktails come together—think of them as the perfect bridge between each round of mixology.

A signed waiver is required before participating—because science may be fun, but we still like to keep things official.

The Vibe

We like to keep the fun going, so every class kicks off with a welcome drink to get you in the spirit. Throughout the night, you’ll enjoy light fare to snack on between shaking, stirring, and experimenting.

We also throw in a few surprises—like a photo op station and friendly competitions where you can win shots, bragging rights, and exclusive Cocktail Lab swag. Consider it the cherry on top of an already unforgettable experience.
